REDEMPTION NOLA is a Christian non-profit organization that operates out of New Orleans, Louisiana. REDEMPTION NOLA works with homeless men and women at the New Orleans Mission in our year-long, residential Christian Discipleship Training program. It facilitates their rescue, recovery, and then re-engagement into society as the redeemed, restored, and healthy people for whom God originally created them to be.
We create jewelry that is truly one-of-a-kind. While in Discipleship Training, our women transform old, donated, cast off jewelry into beautiful new creations, reflecting God’s restorative power in their lives and hearts. Our men create the displays for the new-creation jewelry, using discarded pallets used to ship food into our food pantry that feeds the hungry and homeless in the Greater New Orleans area.
A history of redemption
Each design created is marked with a number. That number represents the person who is responsible for it creation… That is their REDEMPTION Number. Their redemption number represents the story of their redemption of how God is changing their story and thus their life.
